What to expect when purchasing a commission

I will show you a sketch of your commission within the month you've made your order. I may show you multiple sketches if I want your opinion on which pose/background is better. Your commission will be finished within 4 months. If not, I am willing to compensate you with a free sketch of anything you want, along with your finished commission.I must receive full payment before I complete your commission. You may pay half at the beginning and half in the middle of production if you prefer.The artwork will be a 4k PNG (4000px).I may take on your commission if you request something I don't normally draw, or a different style. However, I much prefer to stick to a style and theme for consistency.

My Drawing Process

I show you WIPS. I begin with 2+ sketches and will ask you to pick the one you like best. I sketch, color the sketch, do flat colors, shade, and refine the sketch (lineart).

You May Use Your Commission For:

  • Personal use and profile pictures (No credit needed although it's appreciated!)

  • Commercial use if you payed or made an agreement with me

  • Youtube videos (Ask first)

  • Toyhouse

  • Reposting/Posting on Youtube, or any platform (Ask first)

You May NOT:

  • Remove/crop my watermark

  • Claim it as your own

  • Sell without my knowledge

  • Photoshop/edit the drawing

  • Use for AI

  • Heavily reference/copy/trace

Private Commission Fee

If you would like your commission to be viewed by you only, there is a $15 fee. This fee is in place because I will not be able to use it as examples and posting online.

General

My commission prices are subject to change over time. I include the +2.99% PayPal fee in the final price.Please be patient while I work on your commission. I do not want to rush your request.

Refunds

No refunds, your purchase is final.

Communication is Key!

I want to do my best to assure that you are happy with the commission you payed for. Feel free to let me know if you want something changed in your commission. Fees will be applied if I'm close to finishing (past the flat color stage), and you request a major change. Each major change will be +$10. Major changes include but are not limited to: Changing the background, changing the pose, in general a major component that will take more time to change.

About References

I will closely follow the references you give me for your design unless you tell me otherwise.Please make sure your references are clear, and show what you want. Otherwise I may make mistakes because I couldn't decipher the ref.If I forgot, or missed something, clearly said by you or on the reference, please don't hesitate to tell me. That would be on me and not count as a fee.
